This coming Thursday I will be presenting a program at the Center for Prairie Studies at Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa.

The Center for Prairie Studies manages the 150-acre tallgrass prairie preserve owned by Nature Conservancy.

During the program I will be discussing prairie grouse’s unique spring courtship and conservation efforts to save them from extinction.

The program start at 7:30pm followed by an artist reception and exhibit. For more information about the program, please visit http://www.briarcliff.edu/prairiestudies/ and an article on the Sioux City Journal newspaper.
